Stampin' Up! recently had a "Submit a Project" survey where anyone could submit a project and the winning project will in turn be produced into kits for everyone else to craft. The winner, Chris Gilmore was just announced yesterday. She won a $100 Stampin' Up! shopping spree. She submitted a card that was very worthy of case-ing.
The card used doilies in a very subtle way that it doesn't over power the dress form. It is such a great idea for a Mother's Day card!
