It's been a while!

So sorry for the lack of update. I've been really busy catching up with things and now in a blink of an eye, it's December!
Are you ready for Christmas? I'm certainly am, and I can't wait to put up my decorations this weekend!
Speaking of decorations, here's a look at what we made at my new 3D club.

It's a birdhouse made out of the milk carton big shot die! And I made a little Ms. Santa Owl to go with it. I plan to put a few of these on my Christmas tree and fill the birdhouses nest with jelly bellies. Yes, I will try to make my Christmas tree this year delicious! Filled with hidden goodies here and there! hopefully my dog doesn't get to the chocolates like he did last year.

I will also be opening up spaces for drop in too. Our next meeting is December 16, 7:30pm.

Blowout Sale/Open House Hit!

Thanks to everyone who came out even in the rain to my retired item blowout sale and open house yesterday!!
You guys were quick!! My stash of products were cleared off my tables within the first 30 minutes!! I applaud you bargain hunters! I'm sure you all found some good treasures and are able to put my beloved stamp sets and big shot dies into good use.
There were about 20+ who came out. I was so filled with excitement about meeting everyone of you that I didn't realize that I was overly tired until I closed the door for the last guest. Right away I got a migraine headache. :(

SOO I haven't picked out the door prize winners yet. Please stay tuned for that!

In the meantime, for those who couldn't come out for the event, here's some of the projects that were on display.

 I demonstrated the new Big Shot Candy Wrapper die. Isn't this cute? Perfect for little Halloween treats! Great for party favors too!

This next one was a big crowd pleaser at the event. Guess what it is! I'll reveal it in my next blog entry.

Don't forget Halloween!

So with all the Christmas projects that I've been making and blogging about, I almost forgot Halloween! 

I made this quick punch art card with my circle and oval punch. To make the howling ghosts, I used the, believe it or not, the Two-Step Owl punch! Isn't this cute?

I cased this project from Michelle Scileppi. I found her project thru Stampin' Connection which only demonstrators have access to.

Off to convention 2010!

Each year, Stampin' Up! has an annual demonstrator only convention that features exciting different neat projects and products!! And I'm going!!! I'll be heading out tomorrow to Salt Lake City and won't be back until late Saturday evening. Can't wait to show all of the goodies I'll be seeing at convention!!

In the meantime, I leave you to a picture of the pillow gifts I made for my convention room mates. Can't wait to give it to them!! and even meet them!!!
